She hopes she can be that person people look at and see themselves in, a curvy woman who doesn’t go to the gym or workout just to “look good” but more to just move her body and feel good.
Let’s Chat With Lexie: “Last year I applied for the IHC Fashionista award and I didn’t win but I didn’t let that get me down. I always had a love for fitness and this time my love grew and grew so I decided why not shoot my shot for the health and wellness category. Here I am now top 5, I’ve always been taught never give up. I know I’m not the industry standard for “health and wellness” but what does that even mean? I’m here again this year. I keep it real, I show the good and the bad, and I feel like that’s what it’s all about.”
